Terms Of Service

> Art is for personal use only, commercial rights to be discussed if required.
> Full Payment upfront
> No Refunds or cancellations after sketch approval.
> Do Not use commission for AI or NFT.
> Turn around time 180 days. (extension required for complex pieces)
> Confidentiality will have an additional charge of 70% of the original commission price, so that the artist (luvoverthewall) cannot publish the design.

> Price would need to be adjusted if your character has extra or intricate details (like accessories, weapons, additional characters). more details need more time and would significantly delay my backlogs so please be thoughtful and considerate.
> after the sketch stage you may make two small fixes /Adjustments for free. Any additional changes will incur an additional fee, priced proportionately with the change.
> Sketch won't include every available detail, please only mention it if it is missing in the final preview.
> Promotional use (social media, banners, etc.) +30% of the base price
> Limited merchandising (prints, stickers, etc.) +50% of the base price
> Full commercial use (Books, games, digital products, etc.) +100% or more**final price may vary depending on the complexity of the character design, requested details or additional items like weapons, armour, wings, pets etc, Best to ask for a personalized quotation.
